1. Scope of Services

AgentDealLaw.com offers legal advice, document review, contract drafting, and representation in real estate matters for licensed realtors. Our services are tailored to Swiss real estate law.

2. Engagement and Fees

By retaining our services, you agree to pay the fees as set forth in your engagement letter. Fees may be charged on an hourly basis or fixed fee basis. All invoices are payable within 30 days of receipt. Late payments may incur interest at the statutory rate.

3. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure client satisfaction. If you have prepaid for services that have not yet commenced, you may request a full refund within 14 days of payment. For services partially rendered, we will provide a pro rata refund based on the time expended. No refunds will be issued for completed services, including filed documents and court appearances.

To request a refund, please submit your request through our contact form. Include your full name, invoice number, and a brief explanation of the refund request. All refund requests will be processed within 30 days of receipt. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

4. Confidentiality

All information exchanged between you and AgentDealLaw.com is confidential. We will not disclose such information except as required by law or with your prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

AgentDealLaw.com’s liability for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or the services provided shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us for the specific service at issue. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any dispute relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich.
